a.The spindle adopts the world famous brand "ZWZ" with high accuracy double-row short cylindrical roller bearing take the effect of centering in the process of running or rotating, because radial clearance of bearing is adjustable; the worktable has higher rotation accuracy.

b.The cutter head device is composed of cutter head slide base and ram. The ram prefer the ductile iron because of its ability to with stand shock loads, high tensile strength, and abrasive resistance.

c. All gears in adopt harden and grinding processing and have the advantages of stable drive, low noise. The gears adopt 20 CrMnTi through hardening and grounding.
